Viktor Velek's new book again dives into the world of opera

Our team member Viktor Velek has a new book out! A few days ago, the Lidové Noviny publishing house published the last part of his bilingual Czech-German trilogy "Musicians between Ostrava and Vienna". Its 650 pages cover the life of the foremost Czech and more broadly European opera singer Richard Kubla (1890-1964). Besides his intersting life story, the book contains rich iconographical material from the singer's estate, which Viktor Velek discovered, processed and donated to the Muzeum of Ostrava.
